Transgene coordinates the international cooperation program IMMUNOCAN in Shanghai
Toward enhancing activities of European institutions in the FDUSCC-IM cancer research joint institute in China
Transgene has answered the 1st call for project of the European Commission for countries outside Europe called "INCOLAB" (International Cooperation Laboratory). The selected project, IMMUNOCAN is a unique opportunity to extend the existing cooperation between the laboratory of FuDan University Shanghai Cancer Center - Institut Mérieux and Europe by opening the joint Institute to other European member States. So, it will become a reference center for medical and scientific diagnosis and prognosis of cancers. A subsidy of € 2M has been awarded to the IMMUNOCAN project leaded by Transgene over 4 years.
